These terms govern the use of this website and the ordering of goods from FOP Petrunin Oleksii Maksymovych ("we", "us"), an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, trading under the brand Man Force.

This website

This website presents information about our business and our contact channels. It does not host a checkout; orders are placed through conversation with us on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook. The text, images and layout of this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Orders

An order is formed when you tell us the items you want and provide your delivery details, and we confirm availability. Prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnia and may change until an order is confirmed. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or if the delivery details are incomplete.

Delivery

We ship across Ukraine through Nova Poshta. Orders are normally dispatched within 3–6 working days of confirmation. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are outside our control.

Exchanges and returns

You may exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it has not been worn, retains its original appearance, labels and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Contact us first and we will explain how to send the item back.

Communicating with us

When you message our business accounts, your messages are received by our internal support tool and are answered by our team. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords or identity document scans — we never ask for them. How we handle message data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use our channels to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to disrupt our systems. We may stop responding to accounts that do so.

Liability

We are responsible for the goods we supply in accordance with Ukrainian consumer law. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, payment providers, or the social platforms through which you contact us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
