This Privacy Policy explains how FOP Petrunin Oleksii Maksymovych ("we", "us"), an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine and trading under the brand Man Force, collects and processes personal data when you contact us through our social media accounts or visit this website.

Who we are

What data we collect

• Messages you send us. When you write to our business accounts on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, we receive the content of your message, any attached media, your platform-scoped user identifier, your public display name or username, and the time the message was sent.
• Order details you provide. Name, phone number, delivery city and post office branch, and the items you order — only when you choose to send them to us in order to place an order.
• Website visits. This website serves static pages. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across sites.

Why we process it

• To read your message and reply to it.
• To take, confirm, pack and ship your order, and to handle exchanges and returns.
• To keep a history of our correspondence with you, so that a different member of our team can continue the conversation.
• To comply with accounting and tax obligations under Ukrainian law.

The legal bases are performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in answering customer enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.

Our messaging tool

We use an internal tool, built and operated by us, that brings the direct messages sent to our own business accounts into a single screen for our support agents. It connects to TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through their official business messaging APIs. It is used solely for our own accounts; we do not provide it to any other business and we do not process other companies' customer data.

Where data is stored

Message history is stored on a private virtual server rented by us from Oracle Cloud, located in the European Union. Access requires a dedicated SSH key or an account password, is limited to the owner and authorised support agents, and all connections to the tool are encrypted with TLS. Backups are taken daily and kept for 14 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We disclose it only to:

• delivery carriers (such as Nova Poshta), strictly to the extent needed to ship your order;
• the platform on which you contacted us, which processes the message as part of providing its own service;
• state authorities, where disclosure is required by Ukrainian law.

Data obtained through the TikTok and Meta APIs is not used to train machine learning models and is not transferred to any third party for their own purposes.

Retention

Conversations are kept for up to 24 months from the last message, after which they are deleted. Records required for tax and accounting purposes are kept for the period prescribed by Ukrainian law.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Write to info@manforce.com.ua from the account you contacted us with, or send us a direct message. We answer within 30 days. Deleting a conversation on the platform itself does not automatically delete our copy — please contact us if you want it removed.

Children

Our products and accounts are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If we learn that we hold such data, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
